Project Summary	This project will integrate Indigenous perspectives, knowledge, and competencies into the pedagogy of UBC Sauder and will advance efforts of decolonization within the institution. The development of curriculum resources and training materials will improve faculty’s capability to teach Indigenous topics in an informed and sensitive manner, and students will acquire a better understanding of Canada’s history, the current issues facing Indigenous and non-Indigenous Canadians, and our shared path towards a future of reconciliation. The project has three goals: We will work with Indigenous subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and produce resources that will contribute to Indigenizing the business curriculum To support the teaching of these topics with sensitivity and humility, we will develop training for faculty to guide them in the classroom To support on-going learning, we will create an online resource centre containing information, protocols and other resources accessible to faculty and students.
