We will adapt open educational resources to create a free custom textbook for Chemistry 233 (Organic Chemistry for the Biological Sciences), which serves between 1200 and 1300 students per year. The book will be published online via Pressbooks. Textbooks created with Pressbooks can be viewed online and students can purchase low-cost printed copies. A custom book for this course will save students money and streamline their learning.
