The TLEF actively engages with teaching and research faculty across the university as well as support staff, who provide consultation and development support throughout the life of TLEF projects.

In 2019/20, approximately $1.4 million in TLEF-awarded funding will employ over 200 UBC students to support the development, implementation and evaluation of TLEF projects. Students will embody many different roles, including teaching assistants, graduate/undergraduate research assistants, co-op and work-learn students, and participants in focus groups to evaluate projects.
