The Next STEP-PF is a 5-module online certificate program that addresses the need for a robust Pharmacist Facilitator (PF) training within the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences Entry-to-Practice (E2P) Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) program. It is a sustainable, open educational resource that will standardize the student learning experience and enhance the quality of teaching and learning in our academic program. Prioritizing (i) Academic Pedagogy (ii) Inclusive Teaching Practices (iii) Fair and Standardized Assessment Practices, (iv) Enhancing Student Engagement and (v) Providing Meaningful Feedback, The Next STEP-PF learning modules will help to support high-value teaching, learning and assessment for our students.
